Naveen Tewari, Who is an Indian entrepreneur, founder, and CEO of InMobi, born on 14 December 1977, In Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Family Background:

He is the son of Dr. Sachidanand Tewari. He was a well-known professor at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Personal Life:

Naveen Tewari married Aditi Saxena on 19th November 2010. The couple has two beautiful kids, Son, and daughter.


In 2000, He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. In 2005, Naveen had joined the Harvard Business School to obtained the MBA degree


During his college time, He met Amit Gupta and Abhay Singhal. He had started his professional career working with McKinsey and Company as a Business Analyst from 2000 to 2003. In 2004, Started working as an associate at Charles River Ventures. While he was at HBS, He founded US-based nonprofit chairs called India School Fund. Before starting InMobi, Naveen Tewari, Amit Gupta, Abhay Singhal and, Mohit Saxena had been launched their first start-up business named ‘MKhoj’, Which was an SMS based search engine. but that business was failed. In 2007, later they founded Mobile Advertising and Technology platform named ‘InMobi’. In less then six months, They shifted InMobi’s headquarter from Mumbai to Bengaluru and end of the year, more than 50 people in 4 offices across the globe. During May-June 2009, the growth had crossed and become 75+ member company with 4 offices in the world.
