He is the son of Patrick Kane and his wife, Kim. Kane has an elder brother Charlie.

Kane is in a relationship with his childhood friend Katie Goodland, and they announced their engagement on July 1, 2017. Kane has one daughter with Katie Goodland on January 8, 2017.

On April 7, 2014, His first Premier League match for Tottenham, when the club won 5–1 over ‘Sunderland’. The match had marked his first ‘Premier League’ goal. On October 23, 2014, Kane earned his first Professional hat-trick for ‘Tottenham’. On February 2, 2015, He had signed his fresh five and a half year contract with ‘Tottenham’. He made both the goals in ‘Tottenham 2–1 “North London derby” victory against ‘Arsenal’. In March 2015, He had made his first ‘Premier League’ Hat-trick against Leicester City. He became the ‘Tottenham’s highest goal scorer in a single Premier League season after he profited his 22nd league goal of the 2015–2016 season on April 2, 2016, against “Liverpool”. On June 10, 2017, He captained England. In 2018 ‘FIFA World Cup’ Qualifier match against Scotland at ‘Hampden Park’ where He also made a goal and led England to a 2–2 draw.
