Sachin Bansal is an Indian Software Engineer, who co-founding India’s e-commerce platform Flipkart born on 5 August 1981, In Chandigarh, India.

Family Background:

His father has been in business and his mother, a homemaker. His brother worked as consumer goods company.

Personal Life:

He married Priya Bansal, a dentist. The couple has one son, about four years old.

Education:

He completed his computer science engineering from Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi. Sachin scored All India Rank 49 in IIT, JEE.

Career:

After completing his education, He had worked at Techspan company. He worked few months at Techspan. In 2006, He joined Amazon.com India as a senior software developer. At Amazon, He met Binny Bansal. After 6 months they decided to leave Amazon.  In 2007, After leaving Amazon, they founded the Flipkart, an e-commerce company. They had launched Flipkart from an apartment in Bangalore with 400,000 rupees. Flipkart had initially deal with books, at that time Sachin, delivers the book across Bangalore on their scooters. After sometimes, Flipkart includes the wide range of Electronics goods and gadgets, Lifestyle products, stationery supplies, new trendy attires and many more. At Flipkart, more than 9000, employees and facilitates ease of payment like Cash on delivery, Netbanking, Credit card or debit card transaction and more other ways. In August 2016, Sachin Bansal removed as CEO of Flipkart.
